Molybdenum ore beneficiation process flow:
Raw Molybdenum ore is exploded from the Molybdenum ore mines firstly. Then vibrating feeder will feed Molybdenum ores into the Molybdenum ore primary crusher crushing cavity, in which large size raw Molybdenum ore will be broken into Molybdenum ore sand. The Molybdenum ore sand is transmitted into secondary crusher by belt conveyors evenly and continuously. Then the outlet of secondary crusher is carried into tertiary crusher, in which Molybdenum ore will be processed into powder. The crushing process of Molybdenum ore is ended here. When coarse Molybdenum ore powder fed into Molybdenum ore grinding mill, the Molybdenum ore grinding process starts.
Molybdenum ore beneficiation process is used to increase the purity to 59% or more. It makes the calcine process easy with higher efficiency. The outlet of beneficiation process is fine ore.
After sintering with high temperature, Molybdenum ore will be calcined in the blast furnace and finally processed into Molybdenum steel.
